Karen is a CPA with more than 25 years of experience working with corporations, partnerships, fiduciaries, and individuals. She has a strong background in taxation and small business issues of all kinds, and enjoys working one-on-one with clients in tax planning and troubleshooting software and workflow problems. Karen grew up in Australia, attending the University of Adelaide, then Brevard College, and finally finishing up her Bachelor of Science Degree here in Asheville at UNCA. She was lucky enough to travel extensively in her past and always has a long list of places she’d like to visit in the future. Karen has served on the board of Asheville Greenworks and is currently on the board of the Asheville Art Museum.
